How long will my order take to arrive?

In order to better serve our customers and get the best prices, your order may be shipped from one of our International suppliers. Therefore, please allow 7-20 business days for your order to arrive to arrive.

Can I track my order?

Yes! If you would like to track your order, simply send us a message, and we will provide you with a tracking number.

What if I want to return an item?

No worries at all! Here at Barrington Co. Kids, our customers are important to us, and we want you to be happy with your purchase. Prior to returning your items, please contact us by emailing support@barringtoncokid.com, and we will guide you through our simple returns process.

If you want to return an item, it's important that you inspect your order, as soon as it is delivered. If you are not happy with an item and it is not faulty, it must be returned in its original condition (the condition in which it was sold) and original packaging, no later than 14 business days from the day of delivery.

Customers are responsible for the cost of return, including shipping, and we will issue a full refund of the purchase price within 7 days of receiving the returned goods. Refunds are issued via the payment method that was used to purchase your order.

Goods Damaged in Transit: If you receive a damaged item, you must contact us at support@barringtoncokid.com within 3 business days of receiving the damaged item. Once you have returned the damaged item, we will either send you a replacement or issue a refund.

Items that Cannot be Returned: In the interests of hygiene, certain items cannot be returned to us once the packaging has been opened unless the item is faulty.

How can I get in touch if I have a problem with my order?

The easiest way to get in touch is to send us message on our Contact Us page. We will respond within 48 hours. 

How can I pay for my order?

All orders are purchased online. Accepted payment methods, include credit card, debit card, and PayPal.

Will my order arrive all in one parcel?

More than likely, your order will arrive in more than one parcel and on different days.
